Chef Ozga’s experience in the food service industry spans 3 decades. A native of Connecticut, Chef Ozga developed his culinary skills in several restaurants, including the 1794 Inn of Franklin, the Norwich Inn & Spa, and United Restaurant Services in New Haven. He started his teaching career at the Galveston College Culinary Academy in Galveston, Texas.

He is certified by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) as a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and Certified Culinary Educator (CCE), as well as a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from American Hotel & Lodging 教育al Institute (AHLEI).

Chef Ozga was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs in 2008 and is a national trainer for ACF Certification Evaluators. In 2016 he was promoted to Conseiller Culinaire Provincial for the southeast region of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. He is also a trustee-at-large for the Florida Lodging & Restaurant Association 教育al Foundation’s Board of Directors.
